So by Now your probably aware that as first Prize in the Main Draw on Sunday is the 10oz GoldBar, But what about the other prizes?
Now you’ll get an entry into that draw with every adult competitors ticket as well as some chances to grab a bonus entry or 2 in the token hunt and with some special targets placed around the site.
But other than the Massive 10oz Goldbar what other prizes are available?
Well Garrett Australia have come to the Party and sent me a preliminary List, this will also appear in the terms and conditions.
Top of the list was an ATX Package! That’s a lot of detector! The ATX is a very effective Gold detector and it has some distinct advantages over some other machines.
It is less prone to EMI and I have seen the ATX used in scenarios where using other PI Machines would be impossible. Under powerlines, within metres of a running excavator and side by side with another ATX an SDC and an XP ORX all running at the same time on the same patch.

How is this going to work?
On the Sunday of the Metal Detecting World Championship (MDWC) we will hold a massive prize draw for all those that are attending the Event. Its a random draw and you’ll just have to hold a competitors ticket to be eligible.
Each Ticket for the MDWC comes with a FREE entry into the main Draw. Over the course of the weekend there will be opportunities to Find and be awarded extra entries into the Draw.
MAXIMUM of 5 entries per individual, to avoid entry stacking and to keep the field as level as possible.
Kids Tickets and Spectator Tickets are NOT eligible for the 10 oz Gold bar Itself or the MAIn Prize draw. The Kids will have their own draw for prizes.

This is a separate competition to the Actual World Championship, even if you don’t compete your in with a chance as long as you have the competitors ticket registered in your name.
