Hi Folks,

Well ticket sales are, to say the least, OFF THE SCALE! There is no way I though so many would jump on board so quickly. Thankyou so much for the support and all the messages of encouragement and offers to help. Truly this community is a great one and together we will have a ball on the 27th sept 2019.

Some Updates that have happened in the last 24 hours. Things are moving rapidly as we try and cater to as many of our folk as we can.

Ok here’s whats happening.

UPDATES:

1. Spectator/NON-Competitors tickets Now available. Please Note the spectator tickets are NOT eligible for the prize draws, but they will have access to the showers, toilets, Bands, Camping etc. They are 50% of the usual price.

2. DOGGO’s are IN! We have setup a specific camping area for those that would like to bring the hound. I get it I’m a dog guy too.
DOG RULES: Dogs kept in the camp area allocated for them. No Dogs in the main area sorry. Clean up after your Pooch. Just be the responsible dog owner you probably are and all will be well. Common sense prevails. Please explain these rules to the Hound, Thanks.

3. Payment Option is repaired or something, anyway it now works. Its right at the end of the process and the sooner you lock in a ticket the more time you’ll have to pay it off. Currently 4 payments between now and the Event.
Ticket + Tucker + Camping Gear = Awesome weekend of Detecting /prospecting and hanging out with YOUR People, you know the weird ones that dig stuff up all the time.

CLARITY:

This is NOT a gold lease! Its a festival site and a farm, so please don’t buy a ticket to go mining all weekend. There will be no Mining!

SLUICES will be set up for you to throw some dirt through, we are going the 12volt route to keep the piece and be sure that the entire weekend isn’t listening to Pumps and generators.

Ok thats about it in this round, i expect more updates as we confirm sponsors and attendee’s.

You will need to register for these and any other of the activities, once your camp is all set up, at the registration Tent.

Don’t have a tent or Van, We got you covered with our Tent Motels are available with linen available in the ticket buying process.

 Lay-by option for Tickets : The Ticket lay-by option is running hot! Purchase your tickets now and we will give you your tickets straight away and give you 4 monthly payments to pay them off.

 Important notice about printing your E-Tickets: Don’t forget that all E-tickets must be named and printed from your Members Area . To gain entry to the festival, the name on each E-ticket must match the individual Ticket holders ID. Read our FAQs for more info.

PLEASE NOTE: Please Respect the property owners privacy. Anyone found trespassing onto the Site prior to the Event will have their Tickets cancelled. This is Private property and is protected by Video surveillance.
